    Your action #5

Keep track of all the things you accomplish and complete

every day. Write them down in a nice little notebook for thenext 30 days. Then at the end of the month look back through

things youve accomplished. Go back to the notebook any time

you feel like youre not doing enough. It will be your personal

    little motivation book!

    Your action #6

At the end of each upcoming week, asses how many priorities

you were actually able to complete. This will give you a sense

of whether you are under-estimating or over-estimating how

long tasks take to be completed.

Monday: ___ out of 3 priorities completed

Tuesday: ___ out of 3 priorities completed

Wednesday: ___ out of 3 priorities completed

Thursday: ___ out of 3 priorities completed

Friday: ___ out of 3 priorities completed

Based on these results, make sure you adjust your priorities

for the upcoming week. Should they be smaller tasks? Or can

    they be bigger?
