Find the others who share your suit.
Now assign a “Problem Owner” and get a victim volunteer to facilitate.
Write down all of the problem statements you can think of.
Focus on “In What Ways Might We” (IWWMW) and “How To…”
(H2) Statements.
How could I describe this object?What does this object remind me of?
How is my problem like this object?How could this object solve my problem?
Highlight and Cluster
1. Re-write and re-state and combine and clean up your ideas onto Post-It Notes – 1 idea per note.
2. Cluster similar ideas.
3. Re-state as needed into strong solutions.
What are the criteria?How will we know this
is a good solution?
