• Referral of customers to state job service

• Registration of customers into job service system

• Assessment and determination of customers job readiness

• Referral of customers to one-stop center components

• Referral of customers to appropriate center partners

• Solicit support from local employers in community

• Obtain commitment for referrals from county agencies

• Schedule appointments to determine barriers to employment

• Register all customers into state job service

• Assist with the completion/submission of job applications

• Provide soft skill training sessions at facility
