we have done that!! Only contact places you have a link with and even then you will need to check that it is not on the school data base – if it is you may not get it!!

0Don’t0Don’t leave finding an own

placement to the last minute – THERE IS A DEADLINE.

All own placement forms need to be to School Office by 30th March without fail or exception

0Don’t0Don’t contact your old

primary school – we have contacted most and have those that are happy to have someone on our data base. Check with Francesca if yours is on the list.

0Do0Do start asking family

and close friends if they are able to take you for work experience week 2nd-6th July 2012.

0Do0Do fill in the own

placement form (available from School Office) if you are arranging your own placement – this is the only way to guarantee getting what you want.

0Do0Do start to think what

areas you could work in but be prepared to make compromises.

0Do0Do bring your medical

form back in ASAP to your PSHE teacher
