○ Smart design

○ Faster brazing process

○ More homogeneous carbide structure

○ Weight reduction=resource conservation

Saw tips 60000 seriesthe new saw tip geometrythe most characteristic feature is the radius on

the lower side of the tip which replaces the

previous angle. as a result of this modification, the

necessary heat is conducted faster to the back of

the tip which subsequently allows quicker brazing

of the saw tip.

another positive effect of this tip geometry is that,

thanks to the reduced brazing time, a homogeneous

structure of the carbide with the basis is created.

advantages

Conserving ResourcesIn terms of new developments cb-cerAtIZIt always

strives for resource-conserving products. In the context

too series 60000 stands out. due to the modified shape,

the weight of the tip has been notably reduced. the new

saw tip series can be applied directly in you production

department. currently cb-cerAtIZIt also produces

this type of saw tip series.
