JescoHuskyDumper® Self Dumping HoppersOver 60 models to select from! Standard units, narrow, low profile, largevolume, and if you don’t find one to fit your application just tell us because wemanufacture specials!

All-welded self dumping hoppers handle bulk materials and scrap gener-ated from manufacturing processes. These units can be moved with aforklift or rolled on optional casters. Forklift of proper capacity ratingmust be used to empty the hopper. The narrow models are designed tofit into tight spaces without losing load capacity and may be shippedtwo wide and stacked in a truck. Trip handle is one piece with apositive locking mechanism. Jesco’s dumpers are engineered todump when the locking handle is tripped and will return to the

upright locked position when empty. Units are designed to empty whenfilled up the sloped front to shift the center of gravity towards the mouth of the unit.

Safety retaining chain and trip rope assembly are standard on all hoppersmanufactured. Painted Vista Green but optional color choices are available.

Packaging is optional but may be added for an extra cost.

Wire mesh guarding systems provide an excellent method of defining work areas, aisle ways, or departments. With the proper layout youare able to restrict unnecessary traffic and direct the flow of materials in a plant or warehouse.

These systems are quickly installed with standard hand tools. Layout changes may be accomplished with little or no w aste. The PanelSystem allows barrier to be relocated and used again as the need g rows.

SHIPPING WEIGHT: When estimating freight and weight for collect shipments, this is designed solely to pro vide you with an estimate of theamount. The actual amount may vary due to a number of factors. When freight is shipped prepaid, the manufacturer will incorporate the price intothe basic bid and will be responsib le for the charges. Crating is not included. Please call for pricing. 70 lbs or less will go UPS if siz e allows. 70lbs. or more will go via tr uck. Some products are shipped KD.

Packaging: Crating is required on all wire orders. There will be a crate charge on all wire orders.

Damaged Shipments: We inspect all items pr ior to shipment. You should also inspect the items bef ore accepting delivery. If damage hasoccurred, it should be noted on the freight bill and a claim filed with the carr ier by the party paying the freight bill. We take special care to insurethe safe arrival of your merchandise, our responsibility for damages ceases when the shipment is accepted b y the carrier. Refusal of an entireshipment for partial damage will make claim filing and replacement more difficult.

Products are fully insured: However, Jesco shall not be liab le under any circumstances for consequential or incidental damage including, b utnot limited to, labor cost or loss of profits ar ising in connection with the use of , or inability to use products purchased fro m Jesco.

Special or large orders: Orders must be in writing. These orders are not cancelable or returnable.

Returned goods: (RGA) must be authorized in advance by the factory. All items must be new and unused. A 20% restocking charge shall applyto all products. Non-Stock, special, large order items or nonconf orming goods are not retur nable.

Terms: Net 30 days to firms with an acceptable D & B rating. Invoices will be faxed on the day of shipment.

Taxes: Local, state or federal taxes are not included in your cost.

Base and 4" side curbs are formed from one piece of heavy gauge sheet for extra strength. Back panel is 1/2-#13 expandedmetal mesh. Deck has a slip resistant surface. Hinged gate with pin safety lock built in for extra security. Fork channels are on25" centers with full length tube openings of 7" x 23/4". There are safety pins behind each fork and heavy duty chains welded toback frame of platform which secure around fork carriage. 1000 lbs capacity.

Also available fitted with casters,back riser, tool tray and light bulb caddy.

Platforms are painted safety yellow.
