    Coca-Cola Bottlers, Mauritius, Libya, Bangladesh 2004 2007Consultant

    Recruited to improve various bottling operations by the Managing Director of BevServInternational, a South African based consultancy firm with offices in Vietnam, Dubai and SouthAfrica, providing consultancy services to Coca-Cola Bottlers in various parts of the world.

    Assignment in Libya to restructure and re-launch the operation after a series ofoperational and governmental issues which resulted in the loss of several millions ofdollars and market instability. Re-established Coke as a viable market entry andimproved sales by 8% while reducing accounts receivables by 10% in a six month period.

    Restructured the Commercial Department of a beverage company in Mauritius andidentified over one million dollars in savings as a first step. The second phase increasedsales and revenue by over 10% and included development of channel management,organizational restructure and merchandising focus.

    Participated as a team member identifying an Ownership Feasibility Study in Bangladesh.The results were the foundation to go forward to produce and distribute products of TCCCas a new bottler in the country.

    constrained operation.

    Gained $1 MM in hard currency conversion from the National Bank to purchase rawmaterials and restart operations. Largest hard currency conversion gain in three years.

    Exceeded product and package quality targets for the first time in four years.
