Who are we looking for

Each student is required to submit the followings to the HKUST

Project Coordinator – Ms. Twiggy Wu at the end of the project:

(1) Final Product- Memoir

(2) Self-reflective Paper, together with a minimum of six digital photos taken during the course of the project

(3) Three Email on progress update

(4) Program Evaluation Form

(5) Peer Evaluation Form

• Completed a minimum of 8 visits according to your team and elderly’s schedule

• Each visit should last no less than 45 minutes • Submit monthly progress report
