Show your Military Vehicle! No charge to enter your vehicle to be displayed or judged. Admission is by

donation. Awards are given to the top vehicles in two categories: “Best in

Show” and “People’s Choice”. Additional trophy sponsorships are available.

The Awards Ceremony and Dinner is held Saturday night.

WWII Battle Reenactments and Weapons Demonstrations will

take place Friday and Saturday. There will be a Weapons Demonstration

only, no reenactment, on Sunday.

Vendors: Renninger’s will provide both covered vendor space and

uncovered outdoor spaces located adjacent to the vehicle parking area.

Outside vendor spaces are 18’x25’and cost $35.00. Covered vendor spaces

The rally site will be open for vendor check-in and setup at 11:00 AM on

Wednesday, February 22nd. Vendors are encouraged to remain through

Saturday night, February 25th, with breakdown, cleanup, and departure on

Sunday morning.

On-site Camping: Renninger’s has camping spaces available on their

grounds. Camping fees are $9.00 per night, $21.00 per night with 30 amp

service, and $31.00 per night with 50 amp service. All electrical hookups

come with water.

Accommodations: The host hotel for this event is Inn on the Green. A

special rate of $69.95 is available for the show. For reservations, contact

A food vendor will be provided for the Post-Award Ceremony Dinner. Tickets will be sold at the

registration table during the rally, until mid-day Saturday. Price and sales cut-off time to be

determined.

NOTE: The property owner is constructing a Beer and Wine concession on site. This concession

is not associated with the FFC-MVPA. Rally participants are cautioned to drink responsibly,

and to NEVER drink and drive.
