About Our Products

The strut on your vehicle is a fully contained system that manages alignment, dampening and the weight of your car. Before your shocks and struts can be replaced they must first be identified as the problem. Instead of sending your car to the expensive mechanic an easy inspection of your vehicle will make sure they are replaced when the time is right.

Our complete strut assemblies include all the components required for a strut replacement in a single, fully-assembled unit. They feature pre-assembled replacement bearing plates, top mounts, upper and lower spring isolators, upper spring seat, coil spring, premium rubber dust boot, and a gas charged premium quality strut. This breakthrough design saves on installation time by eliminating the process of disassembling components and compressing the coil spring prior to installation. It also eliminates the safety hazards associated with the decompression of the coil spring. Every strut assembly features application engineered valves to optimize each vehicle’s unique ride and handling characteristics. All replacement parts from Unity Automotive will meet or exceed your original equipment standards. Air to Coil Conversion Kit?An air to coil conversion kit converts your vehicles suspen-sion system by replacing the very costly air bags with coil springs. The conversion kit comes with all necessary compo-nents required to convert your suspension from air to coil.

Why Convert?An air to coil conversion kit replaces the air strut suspension system installed on your car with safe and effective passive coil over strut assemblies. These assemblies provide the same ride height and quality that the air suspension system does at a fraction of the cost and installation time.

Replacing the air system is easy, reliable and affordable.

Our systems are designed to give you the exact ride height and quality of the OEM air system without any of the need for expen-sive air compressors, solenoids or airlines. You will lose absolute-ly nothing by converting from air suspension to passive coils. The average air suspension system will last 3-5 years before needing repair of some kind. An entire system will most likely need to be replaced within 7 years of ownership.

There are several compo-nents to fail within an air suspension system beyond the struts themselves. If there are electrical or compressor issues, the diagnostic time alone may be more expensive than converting to passive coil spring suspension. Converting the air suspension to coils eliminates the risk of expensive repairs with no loss of ride quality.
