IBM Express Seller 2007 Business Partner Incentive

Eligible IBM Business Partners can receive incentive payments

equal to two percent for sales (to end users during the 2007

calendar year) of eligible new IBM eServer xSeries, BladeCenter,

TotalStorage and/or IntelliStation Express models and/or selected

xSeries Express model-supported HDD or tape options. To

qualify for this incentive, IBM Business Partners must meet or

exceed a minimum revenue target of $10,000 for reported sales
