1. Contractor meets with customer, determines eligibility, provides estimate, wins the job.
2. Contractor & customer agree to price, payment terms, and installation schedule.
3. Contractor completes installation to PUD specifications & provides PUD Instant Rebate on customer invoice.
4. Contractor & customer complete the PUD Rebate Application and submit to PUD with supporting documentation.
5. PUD reviews application, contacts customer if inspection required, and pays contractor when job passes.
