The PUD is proudly public power and has been since 1949 when it first began providing electric service. Today that means we work hard to deliver safe, reliable and affordable electricity to our customers. roughout the past 18 months, we have met the challenge and delivered on that promise. In 1946, the PUD started providing water service to a few communities. In 1949, the PUD purchased the electrical distribution system from Puget Sound Power & Light Company and began providing electric service to Snohomish County and Camano Island. Our Customer Service Team has creative solutions, including extended payment arrangements and generous payment plans to stretch balances and make repayment easier. We care! Call us at 425-783-1000 to learn how we can help! e PUD is also proactively reaching out to customers who have fallen behind on their bills to connect them with assistance and help them pay down their balance. is includes helping customers reduce their usage through the high-bill season by taking advantage of energy-efficient fixtures and products.

PUD Partners with National Guard’s Cyber ExpertsThe PUD is continuing its long-standing partnership with cyber experts from the Washington National Guard’s Cyber Mission Assurance Team (CMAT). The Guard will conduct cybersecurity defense assess-ments and help the PUD develop strategies to ensure our networks remain secure. The partnership is a great example of the hard work we do to make your data safer every day.

We are pleased to announce that in November we will unveil the PUD’s redesigned website. The new site is designed with your needs in mind. Site improvements will make it easier for customers to navigate and find pertinent information, while better reflecting the PUD’s focus on community. customer portal. MySnoPUD gives customers an easy, one-stop-shop for all things related to their account: peruse your energy and water usage through interactive charts that easily compare usage through
