INTRODUCTION
Win Over Cancer was founded in September 2011 by CA Arun Gupta, a cancer fighter fighting two types of blood cancers
“We started working on issues we faced during the treatment and they became the agenda for Win Over Cancer...We did not want others to suffer on same lines”
Registered in September 2015 as a charitable trust of public interest
12A and 80G approvals under Income Tax obtained in April 2016

The biggest aftermath of cancer is the long term socio-economic impact on patient’s family. Economic cost of cancer is the highest amongst all diseases. More than 6.5 lac families are being pushed to poverty line every year due to cancer We shortlist a family member of impacted family, provide him compatible skill development trainings free of cost with guaranteed placement with a company

OUR IMPACT - (FREE PROSTHETIC
BRA DISTRIBUTION)
– 510 Patients across 19 States and 3 countries provided Prosthetic Bras till 30th November 2017 PAN India.
– Impact: Patients have saved over Rs 92 lacs
– We distribute these Prosthetic Bras at:
• AIIMS- every Wednesday & Thursday
• Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute – every 2nd and 4th Monday

State wise spread
Training programs to cancer survivors towards various activities like teaching, chocolate making, e-rickshaws, tele-marketing etc.
Placement programs: Tie – ups with 4 companies. Placed 7 people this year
Entrepreneurship programs: 32 survivors mentored and helped into starting their own ventures, earning between Rs 20 to 40K p.m.
Self Sustainability Programs
Targets for 2017-18
– Treatment of a child cancer involves an expense of Rs 8 to 10 lac per patient over 6-8 months. Treatment for six children (Nitin, Dua, Mustafa, Sarika, Anshika, Ravinder) being supported by Win Over Cancer
– Expand Prosthetic bra distribution – Delhi State Cancer Institute, PGI Chd and Tata Memorial, Mumbai
– 11 Camps planned in Delhi, Banguluru and Mumbai
– Outreach of skill development/ entrepreneurship programs. Expand skill development program to 500 centres
