WEST GRESHAM CLOSING CELEBRATION

West Gresham Elementary School, our 96 year old school, will be closing its doors this June for the last time. Our students and staff will all be attending new schools throughout the district next year. Our students and PTC are planning a GRAND! Celebration for the end of the year. We have limited fund sources to support this event, but want to make it special. Preliminary plans include:

-guest speakers-music-carnival games (bouncy houses, etc.)-food trucks-cake -memorabilia

Part of the event will be during the school day, and the carnival portion will continue into the evening. We would appreciate any support to help with funding for this special event that the community and alumni are invited to join us.

Carter joins the Symphony Orchestra for the West Coast premiere of David Schiff's 4Sisters jazz violin concerto and performs a set of jazz classics with our Jazz Ensemble.
