About C. Michael Ferraro, CEO/President of TRAINING SOLUTIONS, Inc.

C. Michael Ferraro is the CEO/President of TRAINING SOLUTIONS, Inc. Now in its 12th year, TSI delivers professional development training in areas

such as management and team development, communications, sales, customer service and leadership. The company also provides HR tools,

coaching, facilitation and keynote speaking services. TRAINING SOLUTIONS has a highly acclaimed online store that offers a wide variety

Michael was chosen by former Governor Warner to be a member of the Virginia Workforce Council, and he served on its executive committee.

Michael was also the Vice-Chairman of the Northern Virginia Workforce Investment Board, the Chairman of the MetroTech high-tech training

program, and board director for workforce development for the Northern Virginia Technology Council. Michael also served on the Virginia General Assembly’s Workforce Development Study Commission. Michael currently serves on the Public Policy Council of the American Society of Training and

Development.

In 2001, Michael co-founded the HR Leadership Awards of Greater Washington. He is also on many boards in the Washington Metropolitan

area and is a graduate of Leadership Fairfax, class of 1998.
