The nurses can assist the doctors by following them around to each patient and taking notes, that way it can be easier for the doctor to do the research in order to determine the diagnoses on the patient.

What are MA’s Doing to Get Higher Education?

They are now going outside their curriculum to get higher education in order to become a RN because that is what hospitals want because they are capable of doing more than MA’s, and they also make more.

What MA’s 2yr Curriculum consists of

A lot of responsibilities that deals with the patients. A lot of the MA’s responsibilities allows them to do things on their own and doesn’t require assistance from someone else.

Why hospital facilities should hire more MA’s?

The facilities should consider hiring more MA’s because it will help out with the work overloads and it will also help them save money from hiring more nurses which would cost more than a MA.

This is helpful because the patients will now get all the attention that they need, the doctors can focus more on their jobs, and the nurses wont have to run around trying to do everything.

MA’s should get more training while in school. The curriculum should get expanded at least another year that way when they are ready to be out in the healthcare field, they will be able to take on some of the responsibilities of nurses.
