Program OverviewThe Automotive Technology Program is designed for students who want to pursue a high-tech career. This program is nationally certified by ASE/NATEF and covers all eight areas of study which are highly regarded and recognizable in the automotive industry. This prepares students to become certified as Master Technicians by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence. Employers nationwide respect these certificates. The program is also Snap-On® certified and students will receive certificates from Snap-On®.

Completion OptionsThe A.A.S. Degree in Automotive Technology transfers into a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences (BAAS) Degree program at ENMU. A Certificate of Employability (40 credit hours) and a Certificate of Occupational Training (52 credit hours) is also available in Automotive Technology. Students can also earn a Certificate in Automotive Brakes for 6 credit hours and a Level I Certificate for 14 credit hours.
