THE RELIABILITY AND DEPENDABILITY OF THE VARIOUS LAYERS OF SERVICE PROVIDERS INVOLVED IN THE WHOLE SUPPLY CHAIN IS A MAJOR RISK FACING CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY IF THE SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE NOT EVALUATED FOR WEAKNESSES IN THEIR SERVICE CAPABILITY, CAPACITY, FINANCIAL HEALTH AND OVERALL
