Benda-Lutz® Aluminium Pastes:Benda-Lutz® leafing and non-leafing aluminium pastes offer a wide range of metallic effects for plastics applications. These pigments are most commonly used in masstone applications for their industry leading opacity and smooth patina finish.

Benda-Lutz® METALLIC:Benda-Lutz® METALLIC series gives a delicate balance between sparkle, brilliance and opacity. These non-leafing aluminium flakes are manufactured to be brighter than standard grades. In addition, the METALLIC series are designed for use in tinted systems allowing for unlimited colored metallic effects.

Benda-Lutz® MAXAL:Benda-Lutz® MAXAL aluminium pastes provide the highest level of metallic brilliance and travel for plastics. These non-leafing, lenticular grades are produced via sophisticated milling processes yielding narrow particle size distributions and polished flake surfaces.

Benda-Lutz® MAXAL SI:Based on leading technology, Benda-Lutz® MAXAL SI is a series of inorganic encapsulated aluminium pigments that provide a variety of sparkling optical effects with enhanced resin compatibility and improved chemical resistance (specifically for PVC-systems and outdoor applications).

Benda-Lutz® COMPAL:Benda-Lutz® COMPAL K are solid aluminium pellet preparations designed for an extensive range of aesthetic and functional plastics applications. These pigments provide superior brilliance, sparkle and opacity in a non-dusting, non-hazardous and low VOC delivery form with improved shelf life.

Benda-Lutz® Aluminiumpasten:Benda-Lutz® leafing und non-leafing Aluminiumpasten bieten eine breite Palette von Metallic-Effekten für Kunststoffanwendungen. Diese Pigmente werden häufig für reine Metallic-Einfärbungen verwendet, wo sie durch Deckkraft und feines Patina-Finish bestechen.

Benda-Lutz® COMPAL: Benda-Lutz® COMPAL K sind feste Aluminiumpellet-Präparationen, geeignet für ein breites Spektrum an ästhetischen und funktionellen Kunststoffanwendungen. Diese Pigmente zeichnen sich durch erstklassige Brillanz, Sparkle und Deckkraft aus, mit den großen Vorteilen einer nicht-staubenden und ungefährlichen Lieferform mit geringem VOC-Gehalt und verbesserter Lagerfähigkeit.

Benda-Lutz® GOLDBRONZE:Benda-Lutz® GOLDBRONZE are premium flake pigments made from copper or copper-zinc alloys. These pigments are popular in plastics for their unique decorative gold and metallic bronze and copper effects. The Benda-Lutz® GOLDBRONZE portfolio consists of a variety of particle sizes offered in standard shades of rich gold, rich pale gold, pale gold and pure copper. Special color shades (Sovereign Gold, Orange and Fire Red) are also available in select particle sizes.

Benda-Lutz® STABILIZED GOLDBRONZE:Standard untreated goldbronze powders are limited by their relatively low temperature stability (maximum temperature = 180 ºC). Based on leading encapsulation technology, Benda-Lutz® STABILIZED GOLDBRONZE pigments are characterized by superior temperature stability and chemical resistance. This novel inorganic encapsulation methodology provides the necessary temperature stability (maximum temperature = 280 ºC) for expanded compatibility with a wide range of polymers.

Benda-Lutz® Goldbronze: Benda-Lutz® Goldbronzepigmente sind lamellare Premium-Pigmente und bestehen aus Kupfer oder Kupfer-Zink-Legierungen. Diese Pigmente werden aufgrund ihrer einzigartigen dekorativen Gold- und metallischen Bronze- und Kupfereffekte gerne für Kunststoffe eingesetzt. Das Benda-Lutz® Goldbronze-Lieferprogramm umfasst eine Auswahl an verschiedenen Teilchengrößen in den Standardfarbtönen Reichgold, Reichbleichgold, Bleichgold und Kupfer. Sonderfarbtöne (Dukatengold, Orange und Feuerrot) sind in bestimmten Teilchengrößen verfügbar.

Benda-Lutz® stabilisierte Goldbronzepulver: Die unbehandelten Standard-Goldbronzepulver sind durch ihre relativ geringe Temperaturstabilität (ca. 80°C) in der Anwendung eingeschränkt. Dank führender Beschichtungstechnologie bestechen Benda-Lutz® stabilisierte Goldbronzepigmente durch höhere Temperatur- und chemische Beständigkeit. Diese neuartige Beschichtungsmethode sorgt für die nötige Temperaturstabilität (bis zu 200°C) und ermöglicht dadurch die Verwendbarkeit für eine breite Palette an Polymeren.
