    Basic Concepts

    What is a spread offense?

    Formation with 3-4 players spread outaway from the tackle box area

    Attitude: Must be aggressive and physical

    Slowest pace. Uses entire play clock. Formation signaled in and offensesets. Play then signaled in after pressbox coach sees defensive reaction toformation. Also can use with lead to control the clock.

    Regular pace. Uses 15-20 seconds per play. Formation and play signaledin together.

    Cancels No-Huddle, and team will huddle.

    Fast pace. Players immediately set in "Doubles" after whistle and receiveplay call.
