INT. GNOMES’ LIVING ROOM

Two men are sleeping on two small couches pushed together as

a bed. They are covered with a burlap sheet.PRINCE CHARMING, 24, a very handsome and dapper man is lyingon the left of the couch.

KEL, immortal, a Satyr, is lying on the right side. He isvery blithe and mischievous in nature.

Prince Charming wakes up. He rubs his eyes as he studies thehairy body slumped beside him. The Prince sees the HAIRYFACE, the POINTY EARS and the LITTLE HORNS piercing from thesatyr’s head. Then a FURRY TAIL appears from under the sheet.

The Prince BOLTS up from the bed and shoves Kel’s shoulder.

PRINCEHey! Hey! HEY!

Prince Charming shoves Kel so hard he pushes the couchesapart and falls in between them. Kel abruptly WAKES up.

The Prince quickly JUMPS to his feet and BUMPS his head onthe ceiling. His hair is disheveled, his light blue poetshirt is severely wrinkled and his black tights are twisted.He hunches down to avoid hitting his head again.

PRINCE (CONT’D)(breathing hard)

What are you, demon?

Kel sits up and yawns. He scratches his furry face and smirksat the Prince.

KELWatch the racial slurs, Prince. I’m not a demon; my name is Kel and I’m a satyr.

The Prince shrugs.KEL (CONT’D)

A satyr? We protect the forest, wehelp lost children find their wayhome, we drink a lot... Your familyrules this place and you neverheard of us?

PRINCEI have heard of you and your type.But what are we doing here inthis... toy house?

Kel looks around in the living room. The walls are a dusty

yellow. There is an oak hat hanger on the wall with sevenpegs. A few chairs are scattered around the room and thefireplace is barely burning.

KELIt’s not a toy house; it’s the homeof the coal mining gnomes. They

must have found us outside andcarried us in.

The Prince’s eyes buck as he steps forward.

PRINCEDwarves?

KEL(sighs)

We don’t call them dwarves. Theyare gnomes. I didn’t know thatroyals were such racists!

PRINCEWe are not racists, satyr!

(exhales loudly)Listen, I just want to know where

we are and how did we get here?

Kel gets out of the homemade bed and stretches again. He hasthe golden brown hair madly woven on his chest like a woollybreast plate. Kel’s tail WAGS slowly. He has briefs made from leaves, FURRY CALVES and HOOVES for feet.

He struts over to the Prince.

KELYou don’t remember?

PRINCE

No, I came here to save Snow White.I remember seeing her lying in abed of flowers, but that is it. Iam a blank slate. You?

KELNothing at all; but I do rememberyou walking towards the lady fair.

The Prince leans towards Kel.

PRINCEAnd...

KELAnd... I saw you kiss her and whenyou passed out, I thought that if,

y’know, if I kissed you...(giggles)You would wake up, and then...

The Prince haughtily walks towards Kel.

PRINCEYou were trying to kiss me?

Kel mockingly laughs and folds his arms.

KELTrying? I did kiss you. I wouldn’tbe here if I didn’t.

PRINCEWhy did you kiss me, satyr?

Kel grins.

KELBecause I wanted to. Why shouldSnow White have all the fun?

Kel stares at the Prince, wantonly.

PRINCEBy the hand of God!

The Prince carefully walks out of the room.

INT. GNOMES’ KITCHEN

A hunched down Prince Earl walks into the kitchen. He stopsat the tiny DINING TABLE. He looks around at the miniatureCHAIRS, PLATES and CUPS in the room. Kel also enters theroom.

KELYou shouldn’t be upset. I wastrying to save you.

The Prince tosses his head back and turns to Kel.

PRINCEYou saved me alright.

PRINCE

Kel runs his fingers down the Prince’s right arm.

The Prince SWATS Kel’s hand away from him.

Kel rolls his eyes.

KELI’m not. But I’m curious... Yourcharms didn’t work on Snow White.

PRINCEHer stepmother’s spell waspowerful.

Kel laughs.

KEL

True, that strumpet is one hell ofa witch. Yet, your kiss should’vedone the trick.

The Prince turns to Kel.

The Prince walks over to the small dining table and sitsdown.

KELSo why are you here?

PRINCETo save her, of course. I do notlove her now, but my kiss willcharm her and eventually, we willbe together. That is how it hasalways been in our family.

KELBut it’s a lie. She is not what youdesire.

PRINCEI have come to terms with that. Itis an obligation of any Prince from the House of Charming to do so.

KELYou’re happy living in thisbondage? Hiding who you really are?

The Prince folds his arms in protest.

PRINCEI-I can not discuss my privateyearnings with you.

Kel gazes into the Prince’s beautiful eyes.

KELWe don’t have to discuss anything.However, we can do whatever youlike. I know your desires, Prince.Your passions are intoxicating mykind. We can smell them.

PRINCEYou do not give up, do you?

Kel sighs as they walk out of the gnomes’ kitchen.


As they are walkng to the door, something catches Kel’s eyeat the window.

KELMy Prince? Please come here!

The Prince slowly joins Kel at the window.

EXT. THE GNOMES’ HOUSE/FOREST

Another PRINCE leans down and kisses SNOW WHITE.

She awakes and kisses him again.

Then Snow White leaps on the other Prince’s steed and ridesoff.


The Prince and Kel continues to look out the window.

KELHow many Princes are roaming about?

PRINCEThere were other Princes whofancied her.

KELPerhaps, she knew about you?

PRINCEPerhaps... but she is happy now.Her Prince did come.
