What is CSP?
Using personal development to prepare students to succeed in a collegiate environment and post-college world
The Goal of CSP
1. Graduating in 5 years or less2. Thriving in the college environment (student leadership, high quality of life) 3. Succeeding post undergrad (Students attending grad school, getting a profession that requires a degree, or starting own company)
Defining Success for CSP
This program brings “America’s Top Young Speaker” to your campus for a high energy, motivational event
The motivation that is created during the event is sustained throughout the year with the success program
