After tracing your appliqué design creating on the release paper side of Wonder Fuse, cut fusible web slightly larger than the traced design.

Place fusible web (rough side) on wrong side of the fabric. Use hot, dry iron and press for 5-8 seconds.

After temperature cools down, cut appliqué to size, following outlines drawn on paper backing. Peel off paper backing.

Place appliqué with the fusible web side down onto project. Use a dry iron to fuse appliqué to back-ground fabric with pressing sheet.

Ready, Set, Fuse!

Step 1: Use the plate to create folds with the ribbon.

Step 2: Attach the stickers to keep the shape of the Rosette.

Step 3: Glue the center part and brooch base to the Rosette.

Needle Felting has captured my heart. My love for it stems from my love of babies and photog-raphy. It first caught my eye when I saw it had been used to make Felted Characters for Baby Mobiles. Something to do other than knit and crochet... I want to make those! So, I did, for our nursery for our expect-ing baby. Another Fiber Artist saw the Mobile I had Needle Felted and suggested I make Newborn Photography Props... I did a little research and I was hooked!

It is the perfect craft for me as a stay at home Mom because I can pick it up and set it down as needed. Allowing me to be Mommy first. Needle

Felting has created an outlet for myself that is my own Style. As a parent it is important to have balance, do things that bring joy and relaxation especially when life gets hectic. The best part is seeing the smile and joy my creations bring to my son's face. Plus needle felting doesn't have to be just for making home decor, you can use the wool roving for creations that serve as more purposeful uses.

You can make felt dryer balls that will help reduce drying time and if you use essential oils on them they can disperse the oils on your laundry. I love doing this for our towels and sheets. The wool roving can also be used to make felted soaps for baths and showers. Another of my

favorite uses for needle felting is making children's toys and as I just mentioned my son loves to play with them.

Needle felting always poses a challenge that I thoroughly enjoy, testing my mind and being stimulated creatively. With completion brings a feeling of

accomplishment and most likely something super cute you can enjoy and share with others.

I really feel this makes why I love needle felting and why it is the perfect craft two of the same thing. It has helped bring a lifestyle into our home that I am proud of!
