• Can be Marketed•Covers primarily the Happy Path

(shallow, not deep)•Early adopters will demand fast

3rd Stage: Minimum Viable Product

• Solves the core problem well•Innovators and early adopters

satisfied•Early majority don’t find it

compelling

4th Stage: Minimally Robust Product

•Early majority finds everything they were expecting

•Core problems and exception paths handled well
