MY Travel is an application for an-droid. This app allows foreign tourists to get daily issues or events in Seoul. Also, they can personalize the travel list and get the information about each one with just one click.

The user who is a foreign tourist coming to Seoul needs real-time information which is not available on books, such as current is-sues, events and festivals. Moreover, as a tourist, it is complicated to find tourist in-formation whenever they visit places. This app could ease the difficulty by allowing them to personalize their own lists and look up the information with one click, as well as the real-time information about Seoul.

3 features of this app• Daily information When you open the app, you can see daily information right away. You can see the weather, daily issues & events, and personal travel list on main page.

• Calendar You can also look on current information of Seoul and your travel schedule using calendar. By using calendar, you can manage your trip schedule more easily.

• Map While traveling Seoul, you can not only find where you are at the moment, but also you can look up the location of places you are going to visit on certain day based on your personal-ized travel list.

What makes it stand out• Use Real-Time Data This app provides real-time data which is unavailable through travel books. Tourists can also be integrated into Ko-rean society and culture more easily with information about what is going on in Seoul.

• Feel Personal Unlike other common travel application, this app can be managed personal. The users can make their own travel lists. They can also mark their favorite information, which will show on the calendar.

• Make it Simple This app contains few important features necessary to the users, which could make it less complex. It has only three menus: Seoul Today, My Today and Map. Furthermore, the main page shows daily information right away, so the user does not have to click several time to view this.

1. Get direction : You can get the direction be-

tween two places. When you se-lect each ‘Start’ and ‘End’, it shows several ways to get there by walking, public transportation and car. You can also get the amount of time and distance to get there.

2. See subway map only : You can see subway map only.

3. Add a new mark : Besides already marked places

that you added, you can mark more places.

4. Edit or delete the mark : Even though you added certain

places to your ‘My Today’ list, there are some you do not want to see in this map. By using this menu, you can delete the mark. You can even move the mark.

In the future, people will not need any travel schedule book and travel diary since it could cover all. It will act like a GPS navi-gation showing the next place you are going to visit. You will no longer keep all the heavy travel books such as ‘lonely planet’. You will be able to travel light, feel simple.
