mindful ˹of God˺ (become aware of Allah){Surah 2, Aya 183}

…and to fast is better for you, if you only knew{Surah 2, Aya 184}

Ramadan is the month in which the Qur’an was ˹sent down˺ as a guide for humanity (people) with clear proofs of

guidance and judgement (between what is right and wrong){Surah 2, Aya 185}

The ˹best˺ amongst you in the sight of Allah are those best in Taqwaa (who are aware of Allah)

{Surah 49, Aya 13}

Indeed, ˹It is˺ We ˹Who˺ sent this ˹Qur’an˺ down on the Night of Glory. And what will make you realize

what the Night of Glory is? The Night of Glory is better than a thousand months. That night the angels and the

˹holy˺ spirit (Angel Jibreel) ˹come down˺ by the permission of their Lord, for every ˹decreed˺ matter.

It is all peace until the break of dawn (Morning){Full Surah 97}

Prophet Muhammad said: Every action of the son of Adam is given ˹various˺ reward, each good deed receiving 10 times its like, up to 700 times. Allah, the Most High, said, 'Except

for fasting, for it is for Me and I will give reward for it, ˹for my servant˺ leaves off his desires and his food for Me.'

For the fasting person there are two times of joy; a time when he breaks his fast and a time of joy when he meets

his Lord, and the smell coming from the mouth of the fasting person is better with Allah than the smell of musk.[Hadith Qudsi – which means it comes from Allah Himself]
