OneM2M received requests for clarifications on its specs through:•Emails to the oneM2M secretariat•Emails to known oneM2M officials•Emails to oneM2M delegates who carry the questions to TPThese requests came from non-oneM2M members/delegates.
This is GOOD because it shows interest and adoption!However, we have no appropriate tools to deal with such requests.
Items for DECISIONProposal for immediate action:•Secretariat looks into setting up a email list:[email protected]•This list is open for anyone to subscribe to•This list is open for anyone to post onto(moderation/filtering features may be necessary against spam)•This list gets advertised on the oneM2M website•TP WG chairs will ask their vice-chairs, rapporteurs and some technical experts if they are ok to be subscribedProposal for further action:•TP carries the request to SC to setup an online forum•This forum would be made accessible through the website
