Why Romania and why us?

During the last 8 years we have developed several projects for companies which wanted to invest in their activities in Romania and after the approval of the projects we have managed their implementation in order for them get the best of it. After we gather all these, we can say that we have obtained grants for our clients with a value bigger than 300 million euros, in many activity areas like: automotive, agriculture, ICT, health etc.

In order to inform all the potential beneficiaries about the investment opportunities which exist in Romania, until now we have organized several seminars both in cities from Romania and also abroad, with amazing feedback from the participants (you can find below more details and pictures).

Grants opportunities which can be found now in Romania cannot be compared with any other countries from Europe. For example one of the Romania State Aids is offering up to 37,5 million euros, which can be 50% of the investment of a company in a production facility, hospital or hotel -> building + equipments (you can find below more details).

Why to invest in Romania?Romania is the 9th largest member of the EU 28 by size (238,931 square km) and the 7th largest by population. With a population of 19,96 million Romania is the second largest consumer market in Central-Eastern Europe.

Romania is a country recommended for investments, according to the assessment of the major rating agencies (Standard & Poor's, Fitch and Moody's).

The large local market, the gateway to EU and Asia and also the large pool of specialized human capital are one of the strongest assets of the Romanian economy which is already attracting major investors from all over the world.Romania is the second largest market in the CEE region, after Poland.

As a member of the European Union since 2007, Romania holds 32 seats in the European Parliament. In addition, the working labor restrictions have been lifted starting the 1st of January 2014. Romania is also a member of NATO since 2004.

From 1 January 2014, foreign citizens and legal entities are allowed to acquire land in Romania under the same terms and conditions as Romanian citizens and legal entities. As for the agricultural land, the conditions of a pre-emption right require compliance. Additionally, foreign citizens and legal entities may own buildings under the same conditions as Romanian citizens and legal entities.

Romania has free trade agreements with EU, EFTA countries and CEFTA countries.

Romania is a resource-rich country. It has a lot of fertile agricultural land, excellent potential for tourism, oil, natural gas and minerals. Moreover, Romania is strategically positioned for global trade, as it has one of the biggest harbors in Europe and the Danube to transport large quantities of merchandise, cheaply and quickly, to Central Europe. It is also strategically positioned to be an important player in regional politics. When discussing the Romanian economy it can be affirmed that it is one of the world’s fastest developing markets outside of Asia.

Why to invest in Romania?

Romania's human capital is one of the most educated in the CEE & SEE Region due to the country's long university tradition. It can be considered one of the countries in the CEE & SEE region where language skills are most proficient. The Key Data on Teaching Languages at School in Europe 2013 Report, issued by Eurostat, shows that in Romania, all students are learning a foreign language as a compulsory subject from the age of 8.

Romania has a highly skilled workforce at competitive prices, the minimum gross salary actually being 275 EURO/month.

There are 2 State Aids and maximum budget for each scheme is 2,7 billion lei (equivalent of approximately 600 million Euro) during 2014-2020.

The maximum annual budget for each scheme is 450 million lei, the equivalent of approximately 100 million Euro.
