    At the Westwood Clubhouse

    Meeting called to order at 7:15

    Officers report:

    Abandoned BMW is tagged to be towed on Saturday- Who is our roaming towing company?

    -BG moves to make American Eagle our towing company of choice, JC seconds,AIF

    -BG purposes to include towing information on violation ticket

    Treasurers report:

    After discussion, nothing new was added that isnt already in the financial papers

    Concerning the wrought iron- BG moves to assess Mrs. Marsees unit (203) $200 for the wrought iron that she

    had removed, DJ seconds, AIF- - Mrs. Marsee arrived late- - Marsee says she included $100 in the form of a check with her December

    payment, and that DS said if she took half, she only has to pay half- - DS agrees this is the case- - BG says neither the $100 check or her December payment was submitted- - She will meet with Phyllis to work out the details

    Concerning the Westwood storage area:- BG moves to secure Action Labor to remove all material to one area and

    coordinate with the city to haul it off, JC seconds, AIF

    BG purposes to secure an estimate for slats to be put in the chain link fence- BG moves to have pressure washer repaired and authorizes JC to secure a quote.The limit for repair is to be $500, JC seconds, AIF

    BG moves to secure an estimate to have the sidewalks of 107, 401, 303, and 304pressure washed to remove dirt and mold that have become a hazard. If the job comesin at less than $300, go ahead and secure a contract, LR seconds, AIF

    Tree committee report:Gloria would like to postpone the landscaping until after the tree trimming we havecoming up.

    Lighting committee report:

    Gloria and LR did a complete inspection and found 2 lights need globes- BG moves to secure globes and lights enough to have a supply on hand for future

    problems, JC seconds, AIF

    The citys estimate for a pole and light in the dumpster area came to $1239.36 andincluded a 18 pole.- BG moves to authorize LR to secure the light, DJ seconds, AIFRC Electric gave an estimate for 5 light fixtures- 101, 102 (2), 1 in the pool area, and 512- The total came to $350- BG moves to authorize RC Electric to make the necessary repairs, not to exceed

    the $350 quote, JC seconds, AIF

    The hand book part of the agenda is deferred to next meeting

    Old Business:

    LRs management proposal is deferred to the next meeting yet againConsideration of 312s electrical problem is deferred until more facts are in orderThe French Drain between 400 and 500 units is an ongoing projectThe resident of 505 pointed out that her carport is unusable when there is a heavy rain

    New business:Preparation for Annual Member meeting- we need to review all documents as soon as possible- BG moves for the treasurer to be authorized to contract a mailing company to

    mail out the meeting information this year, LR seconds, AIF

    The February meeting is tentatively set for Tuesday the 19th

    I have served Westwood in the capacity of secretary for the past year.

    My background is culinary industry, management. This has taught me to be flexibleand creative in problem solving. As this applies to Westwood, my background has

    allowed me to contribute a unique perspective towards the challenges that our

    community is faced with.
