Harry’s Story

Harry is 72 years old and volunteers at the Farm three times a week.

Harry enjoys volunteering at the Farm because he can’t socialise as much since his wife became ill. Harry also loves gardening, and the Farm provides the ideal opportunity for Harry to use his green fingers to full effect! His love of gardening began when he was just eight years old, and Harry loves nothing more than passing his knowledge of gardening on to young people.

For more information about Westfield Farm, how to get involved, and how to become a volunteer, please contact Barry McBride on 01642 836093 or email [email protected]
