Under section 3 of the Roads Ordinance, 1976 (Ordinance No 19 of 1976), I hereby declare that the portion of the existing public road (Minor Road5547) as described in the Schedule to this notice and situated in the Saldanha Bay Local Municipal area, the location and route of which areindicated by means of an unbroken blue line marked A-B on plan RL.61/2, which is filed in the offices of the Chief Director: Road NetworkManagement, 9 Dorp Street, Cape Town and the Municipal Manager, Saldanha Bay Local Municipality, 12 Main Street, Vredenburg, 7380 shall beclosed.

Dobbelwerk-saamhede word kragtens die Wet sowel as die Nasionale Wet op Dob-belary, 2004 gereguleer. Hierdie kennisgewing dien om lede van diepubliek in kennis te stel dat hulle voor die sluitingsdatum by onderge-melde adres en kontakte beswaar kan aanteken teen en/of kommentaarkan lewer op bogenoemde aansoek. Aangesien gelisensieerde dobbelary’n wettige besigheids bedryf uitmaak, word morele besware ten gunstevan of teen dobbelary nie deur die Raad oorweeg nie. ’n Beswaar watbloot meld dat iemand teen dobbelary gekant is sonder veel stawing salnie gunstig oorweeg word nie.
