Wellness Center Mission

For individuals to have positive attitudes toward lifelong physical activity and to enhance their physical, emotional and social health.

Physical Activities Programs

Pilates Yoga Treadmills and elliptical(s) Circuit and weight training Aquatics

Facilities

Lap Pool when students can do laps and play aquatic games such as water polo

Weight Room where student would find free weights, cybex machines, treadmills and ellipticals

Running/walking Track

Health Related Programs

Stress management Personal Trainer Dietitian/ Nutritionist Peer Mentor
