Paragraph 1 / 2 - General

• Greet the student• Talk about the general and the……….

Dear ……….,

It has been a year now since we sat in the gazebo and had our conglomwherein you all made choices of how you would like to manage your

year. Little did we know that we would accomplish far more than weanticipated. The year has challenged you all in every which way andyou have established a milestone for Riverside with the understandingof how adolescents can be empowered to make choices that are worth

pursuing.

……key highlights of the year that cover the ‘Doing Good and the Doing Well’..

Besides the academic challenges you faced squarely, we saw you stretching yourselves during the making of ‘Artist in Residence’, as ambassadors of Riverside in Mumbai or at the rural exposure in Kutch, as football players or when empathizing with cancer patients or the elderly in old age homes!

It is with satisfaction that we can say that you all did GOOD and you all did very well. Partnering with you all through the year in various capacities has been a rewarding experience for us.

Paragraph 3 - PersonalSummary of all the events, activities the child has

participated in – tone - applaud.

………your year in grade 9 has seen you do some remarkable stuff! I do think the highlight of this year would be that of being awarded the ‘Most Promising Speaker’ at the ‘Talking Gandhi Triathlon’ Series at Rajkot and as a presenter and Ambassador of Riverside at the Aga Khan foundation. Your contribution to the stories for the iDiscoveri textbook, playing the part of Zasha in ‘Fragments’, being judged the player of the series in football and the ability that you possess to mentor thoughtfully and fruitfully be it dance (at the aProChevent ) has added layers to your already versatile identity. What has really impressed us is that you never used the excuse of ‘health’ to compromise on the quality or challenge of the key stage 3 programme. It has been a pleasure to watch your personality unfold day by day and now at the end of the year you clearly stand out a winner!

Paragraph 4 – Specific strategies

• Strategies to implement for improvement – tone – advisory

……..you have the ability to do well in anything you put your mind to, but it is now up to you to see worth in your abilities, be it in Hindi or Physics. Do continue as you have towards the end of this year – more in control of your emotions.
