accommodation or fellow residents

Excessive alcohol consumption is the biggest cause of upset, damage and danger to students

In houses where lifts are installed their use is restricted at night so the noise they make does not disturb people sleeping

All electrical equipment you bring that is over one year old must be PAT tested (Portable Appliance Tested). This ensures it is safe to use and will not cause a fire

The use of double outlet adaptor blocks is not permitted, or any equipment from other countries, unless it is plugged into a fused four way extension block

PLEASE DO NOT POUR HOT OIL, RICE OR PASTAINTO KITCHEN SINKS

These will block the drains and will cost you up to £80 to have them cleared
