Everyone would be landing in Delhi by
default. We will organize a day tour of Delhi
by Bus. Everything that is highlighted in
"Yellow" is being planned and hosted by us.
The guests need to pay only for their Hotel
rooms negotiated at special rates; which will
cover Breakfast (in Delhi Hotel) & Breakfast
+Lunch (In Jaipur hotel) during the
conference.

We will start early for Jaipur by Bus on Sunday morning. It takes about 4 hour drive from Delhi. We will reach before Lunch time and will have enough time to check-in, rest, refresh, have lunch and start our meetings.

On Monday the entire day is planned for General
Meetings at the Hotel only. We will have the routine
Coffee Breaks, Lunch and Dinner all in the same
location and we are not planning any evening tour on
Monday as the sessions might extend late into
evening.

Traditional Rajasthani Welcome Dinner at
"Chokhi Dhani"
On Tuesday, the entire day is "Routine" for
General Meetings; but we are planning a
traditional Rajasthani Welcome Dinner at "Chokhi
Dhani" Village, where everyone will get a chance
to sample not just the traditional food but also the
local music, culture, dance, handicrafts and
ambience. Next day; the first half of the day is
planned for a city tour of Jaipur by Bus (because
it gets really hot in later half of the day; and also
the Forts close down for Public viewing early
evening).

On Wednesday morning; we intend to swap the
Conference/Tour sessions. We will visit Amber Fort,
Jal Mahal/Hawa Mahal in the first half itself; coming
back to Hotel for Lunch; followed by sessions of
General meeting in afternoon. The Dinner at hotel
could "officially" conclude the GM right after the much
delayed Research Session, and anyone/everyone
having flight from Delhi the same day would be
arranged a drop to Delhi Airport by Car/Shuttle.
OR if it feels like too much cramped in a day, we could
plan to have the final Research Session next day in
Agra and conclude the GM there.

Delhi Airport / Aerocity Hotels : latest by 10 pm
On Thursday, we will carry on with the "Optional"
tour to Agra to see the "Taj". We will start early by
Bus, visit Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri on the way
with light packed Lunch (or back in Hotel for the
concluding session over Lunch).
In afternoon, we will visit the Taj Mahal. After
spending couple of hours in company of the Taj, we
will start our return leg of journey to Delhi, with light
packed dinner served midway. We aim to be at Delhi-
Airport / Aerocity Hotels latest by 10 pm on
Thursday, so that everyone is in time for the flight
back home.
