Welcome to the Green Belt Relay. Main points and rules: 1. Each stage starts at a fixed me. You must be at your stage start 15 minutes before the start me for registraon and safety briefing. 2. If you miss a stage or become injured, your team will be assigned a fixed cut-off me for that stage. To qualify for team prizes, you need as a team to have finished the course. 3. The course is intermiently marked but you should not rely on this. Print your map, read it before you run, and take it with you. 4. If you get lost, please return to the route where you leſt it and connue. 5. Changeovers are not always easy to find – see driving details over the page Prizes: 1. AL1 1HR Follow signs to St Albans and head into the town centre on the A5183. After the big Sainsbury's, take the left to the Westminster Lodge Leisure Centre. Note – heavy traffic, and avoid Holywell Hill through the town centre.

RM14 3LT Left out of Thorndon, past the Ford Building, then left onto B186. Follow Great Warley St then on into St Mary's Lane. Go under the M25; Jobbers Rest is a pub on the left (after Pike Lane) as you get towards Cranham.

GU5 9TE A24 to Dorking, then right onto A25 towards Gomshall. One mile after Gomshall, turn right onto narrow road (Combe Lane). Follow road all the way up the hill to the top; car park on the left in Staple Lane.

22 (finish)Hawker CentreFrom 5:30pm

KT2 5BH Follow the A3050 to Hampton Court, then cross the bridge and follow the A308 into Kingston. Cross back over Kingston Bridge, then around one-way following signs to Richmond. The Hawker Centre is on a sharp left before you get to the traffic lights into Ham.

Big car park; park in Lower Ham Road if full.Bar, barbecue, finish line heroics, prizes. Please join us to celebrate. By the river if the weather's nice, or inside the Hawker Centre if not.
