League Philosophy
• Safety is Important! – Basic First Aid
– CCLL strives to instill the virtues of good
character in our players:
– Sportsmanship
– Honesty
– Loyalty
– Courage
– Respect for Authority
So that they may be well adjusted, stronger and
happier children and will grow to be decent,
healthy and trustworthy citizens.
League Philosophy
• This is LITTLE LEAGUE – MUST Play – Can’t Sit 2 Consecutive Innings –New
substitution rule at AAA and below
– Bat the Line-Up – Free Substitutions
– PLEASE Move Players Around
– Regular Season Games DON’T COUNT
– MODEL the Behavior You Want from Your Players
– Adults in the Dugout – Manager + Two • Single A & Rookie – Manager + Three
• T-Ball – As Many Adults as You Can Recruit!
• All Adults with repeated access to children must have County Card
– Manager Evaluations are passed out each season. Don’t be that coach that didn’t rotate all season! The season should be fun and positive for all players.
– Teach the Kids to LOVE Baseball!
Troy Perry
