WELCOME TO OCULUS To login to the DWRM OCULUS system, go to http://depedms.dep.state.fl.us/Oculus/servlet/login The login page for OCULUS looks like this:

To begin a search, click the SEARCH button at the top of the screen. In the CATALOG box in the upper left, select Oil & Gas; in the SEARCH BY tab, select PROPERTY; in the PROPERTY box in the lower left, scroll down & find FACILITY-SITE ID. The page should look like this:
The search format includes “OG_”, followed by a Permit Number. To search, enter “OG_” followed by the Permit Number in the box to the right of Facility-Site ID, and hit the Tab key to display the well name in the adjacent box. Permit Numbers which include a letter suffix (e.g. Permit 417AH) can be searched by entering in the Permit Number without the suffix. For example, Permit 417 can be searched in OCULUS by entering OG_417. The screen should look like this:

To begin the search, click on the SEARCH button under Facility-Site ID
A list of files associated with the oil and gas permit will now be displayed, like the image below. To view a document, click on the icon displayed in the PREVIEW column (depending on file size, it might take a couple of minutes). From here, files can be saved, printed, or emailed.
The documents can also be sorted by date, subject, etc. by clicking on the appropriate blue column headers.
