Scentsy’s Expectations of Directors (and, not surprisingly, what our focus at Boot Camp will be)
• Lead and teach Scentsy Culture, Values and Ethos by Example
• Train team (front line & beyond) in Business Basics
• Ensure new Consultants hit the ground RUNNING!
• Regular Communication and Connection; Motivate, Develop & Nurture
• Develop Leaders
• Be the first line of Consultant Support
• Resolve Conflict (first line w/ Compliance issues)
What else are you hoping to get out of Boot Camp?
Getting the most out of your Boot Camp Experience
• Be present!!! Put your team on the back burner for a couple days; use this time to connect and network
• Develop and Strengthen your network; View this as a graduating class and a valuable future resource
• This will be intense… Don’t feel you need to fully understand, absorb and capture EVERYTHING you hear, when you hear it; Capture key nuggets and ‘a ha’ moments
• Engage!!! Ask questions; Offer up insights and perspectives• Organize your notes (personal/team, work/life etc…) and review and add to them
each evening and on the trip home• Put the learnings into practice
A Brief Glimpse Ahead
Thank YOU!
