Frequently Asked Questions about our campaigns

1. How long does the process take to set-up and how long before I begin receiving applicants?

(A) 24 hours or less and 2 out 3 campaigns typically receive a quality applicant within the first day! In other cases we

have seen applications take a little bit longer but not much. We are also monitoring all campaigns regularly to ensure

optimal performance.

2. Do I pay any other fees for the service other than what is quoted in the packages?

(A) No!

3. Where do the campaigns run?

(A) All campaigns run on our jobsite JobsinRigs.com and are distributed out to our growing list of partner sites,

social media platforms, sent in email job alerts, SMS text messages and more. Our technology also leverages an

"Intelligent Match" system which identifies Drivers from our growing base of over 250,000 that match your hiring

criteria and invites them to apply to your openings. Our distribution and marketing platform offers a cutting edge

approach to helping you find and hire more drivers!

4. Do you run background checks, MVR's or DAC's?

(A) Since we are not a staffing or temp agency this is not something we do. Also, in most cases your insurance requires

for you to do it as part of your hiring process.

5. Explain a little about the applications I will receive and how this works?

(A) The applications Drivers complete are pre-apps that are attached to your campaign ads. We ask basic information on

the Drivers which include name, location, email, phone, how long have they been driving, what is their background like,

do they have any endorsements and the type of driving they are experienced in. The Drivers have an option of attaching

a resume when complete. The resumes only show in about 50% of the applications as many of our applicants are

applying from a mobile device. We have designed our pre-apps in a way to simplify the application process to help

get better qualified applicants your way at a faster pace. Typically after our employers receive the pre-apps they follow

up with their full application.

6. What is the quality of applicants I will receive & will 100% of the applicants match my exact criteria?

(A) We offer probably some of the best qualified applicants you will find simply due to the nature of the work we do.

That being said, in a tough market as transportation we see about 70-80% of the applicants that make it through our

filters are of what we call "acceptable criteria" meaning they match the majority of your criteria and the remaining is

usually "good criteria" which means they might be missing a requirement. We look to make up the difference by the

over delivery process on our campaigns. In some cases you will find applicants that apply are looking for something

different than what is listed in the opening, i.e., you are hiring for OTR (Over The Road) and the Driver is looking for

Local. This typically falls under the percentages listed above. In the rare event we notice an abnormal amount of

"unqualified" applicants coming in, we simply adjust the filters and campaign profile which typically corrects any quality

issues with the applicants.

7. Do you guarantee hires and is there a minimum number of applicants you will send?

(A) Since we are a sourcing agency and not a staffing or placement agency, we cannot guarantee hires. What we do

guarantee is to send good applicants looking for an opportunity in your hiring areas that are applying to your openings.

We do guarantee a bare minimum of 15 unique applicants for each month you run your campaign with us,

however we look to over deliver on all of our campaigns by as much as possible.

8. What happens if the campaign minimum isn't met?

(A) Campaign simply doesn't expire until at least the minimum is met.

9. Is there a specific type of Driver or position(s) that ClassATransport’s service doesn’t work well on?

(A) Yes, Long Haul Owner Operators, Team Drivers that must already be in teams and companies that 1099 or contract

Drivers unless it is for a Local 1099 contract position. Drivers are more open to 1099 pay if the position is local.
