I find them highly offensive and improper in the classroom setting. You will be given one warning and then a demerit. We need to be tolerant of others. Banned WordsThere are four words that are banned from this room. They do not belong as adjectives (words that describe nouns) in a negative way. Do your best to watch your mouth.Jewish (or any variation): the use is offensive to people who worship in the Jewish faith and it is unnecessary in this classroom setting to describe something as JewishGay: this is offensive to people who are gay. In this classroom if you dont have something nice to say dont say it at all. Stupid: please do not over use the term and do not direct it at your fellow classmates, the teacher, or assignmentsRetarded: you should never use this word to describe another person, place, thing or idea. Lots of people suffer from mental handicaps and you are being rude and degrading when you use this to describe something frivolous
