Our Chef Franz Grünwald: „We aim to use as many quality products from the region as possible» The “Herzstuben” pantry is filled with local products

from the Lungau region’s organic farmers. Fresh ingredients from our own herb garden are used to season and enhance our dishes.

With the values „Regional, Genuine, Seasonal and Secure Origin the organisation has set a goal, to strengthen the

rural parts of Austria and their typical culinary delights.

The Best „Salzburger Nockerl” In the Area

Dietrich von Raitenau, Arch bishop of Salzburg at the
