2 Combine lean proteins with
vegetables for lunch and din-
ner and eat two servings of low
sugar fruits per day. Combine any
protein of your choice with the vege-
tables of your choice for your meals.
You should also follow the 3-week
true calorie rotation of:
Week 1 & 2 = 600-800 calories
Week 3 = 1000-1200 calories
where you do not count the protein
calories. True calories are equal to
total calories - (protein grams x 4).
For maximum weight loss
you should stay within
these guidelines:
Proteins 80-110 g/day
Net Carbs 75-125 g/day
Fats 20-50 grams/day
1 Start your day by eating 30-50 grams of protein within 3 hours of
waking up, and keep net carbs of your first meal below 10 grams.
Avoid breads, cereals, muffins, bagels and fruits that exceed 10 grams of
net carbs and this will ramp up your metabolism allowing you to burn 40%
