Raspberry Chocolate Delight Smoothie

Ingredients: • 1 cup full fat coconut milk • 1 scoop chocolate protein (whey, rice, or egg white) • 1 cup organic frozen raspberries • ¼ tsp vanilla extract • 8-10 drops of stevia or 1 packet of stevia • 1 tsp cacao nibs or 70%-80% dark chocolate pieces

Directions: Blend all the ingredients for 30 seconds to 1 minute, except the nibs or chocolate pieces. Add the chocolate and pulse to blend 2 to 3 times.

Immune Boosting Smoothie Ingredients:

• ½ cup unflavored organic yogurt • ½ cup coconut milk • 1 cup raw spinach • ½ cup frozen berries • 1 tsp matcha tea (optional) • 20 drops of Stevia

Directions: Blend all the ingredients in your blender and enjoy!

Golden Milk Ingredients:

• 2 cups of organic or raw milk (or substitute coconut milk)

• 1 teaspoon dried turmeric • 1 teaspoon dried ginger (optional) • Sprinkle of black pepper (for savory option only) • Sprinkle of sea salt (for savory option only) • 1 tsp honey • Omit black pepper and sea salt if you prefer

Directions: 1. Place milk in a saucepan over medium heat. 2. Add turmeric, ginger, and pepper and stir well. 3. Let the milk begin to simmer — small bubbles will form on the surface. 4. Continue to stir. 5. Turn off heat, remove saucepan from burner and cover. Allow to infuse for 10

minutes. 6. Serve warm

Green Tea Matcha Latte

Ingredients •1 cup almond/coconut milk blend (unsweetened) •1 tbsp coconut oil •1.5 tsp matcha •2 tsp coconut sugar or 5-10 drops liquid stevia

Directions: Put in a blender and blend to combine well. Serve over ice.You can also drink this hot. Just whisk all the ingredients together over medium heat until combined and then use an immersion blender to make it frothy.

Green Tea Raspberry Smoothie Ingredients:

• 4 oz. frozen organic raspberries • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk • 2 packets of stevia • 1 tsp matcha • 3 large ice cubes (use more for a thicker smoothie)

Directions Blend until smooth and enjoy. Feel free to try different fruit combinations as well.

Cold Busting Juice Combo Ingredients: • 2 granny smith apples • 1 handful of kale • 2 large carrots • 1 lemon or lime • 1 1-inch sliver of ginger

Directions: 1.Cut ingredients so they can fit into your juices. 2.Process ingredients in juicer, mix well and enjoy.

Gut Restoring Smoothies Ingredients:

• 1 cup of unflavored organic yogurt • ½ cup coconut or almond milk (unsweetened) • ½ cup frozen organic berries • ¼ cup chia seeds • 3 tbsp gelatin powder

Directions: Blend the above ingredients in a blender until smooth. The gelatin can thicken over time, so don’t wait to drink it!

Superfood Breakfast Parfaits Main Ingredients:

• ¼ cup oats • ¼ cup plain organic yogurt • ⅓ cup organic milk • 2 tsp chia seeds (high omega-3 superfood) • 1 packet of stevia powder

Add-in Ingredients: • ¼ cup blueberries • 1 tbsp of finely chopped dark chocolate • ¼ cup of strawberries, raspberries, or cherries • ¼ cup of peaches • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Directions: In a half pint jar, add in the main ingredients and shake well. Add the ¼ cup of fruit and any other add-in’s. Mix together thoroughly, place the lid on and refrigerate overnight.

Spa Water Ingredients:

• Citrus: Slice an orange, lemon, and lime into a large pitcher of water.

• Raspberry Lime: Slice a lime into a large pitcher of water, add a handful of raspberries.

• Strawberry Basil: Slice 10 strawberries into a large pitcher of water, add 5 leaves of basil.

• Watermelon Rosemary: Place 1/2 cup of small watermelon chunks into a large pitcher of water, add two sprigs of rosemary.

• Pineapple Mint: Place 1/2 cup of small pineapple chunks into a large pitcher of water, add 15 mint leaves.

Directions: Add ice, allow to chill for 1 hour before serving.

Breakfast Protein Smoothie Ingredients:

• Crushed ice • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk • 1 scoop of egg or whey protein powder • A handful of fresh organic spinach • 2 tsp of coconut oil • 2 tbsp hemp seeds • Chia seeds • Avocado • Ground flax seeds • Raw cocoa powder • Cinnamon • Alcohol free vanilla flavor

• A half cup of nut milk • 1 tbsp of blackstrap molasses • 1 capsule of folic acid (1000 mcgr.) • 1 table of potassium citrate (250 mgr.)

Homemade Healthy Shakes Protein Choose healthy protein sources like:

• Unsweetened organic yogurt or kefir • Whey protein powder (sugar and rBgh free) • Rice protein powder • Egg white protein powder

Vanilla Peach Pie Shake Ingredients:

• 1 can of full fat coconut milk • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (whey, rice, or egg white) • 2 cups of frozen organic peaches • 15 drops of stevia or 2 packets • 1 small sprinkle of cinnamon • 2 tsp of vanilla extract

Directions: Blend 30 seconds to 1 minute in a high-speed blender. Add some water if it is too thick.

Berry Berry Delicious Water Ingredients: • 1 quart fresh filtered water (not distilled) • 2 cups of organic mixed berries (you can use frozen) • 1 sliced orange • 2 hibiscus tea bags • Stevia to taste

I’m a huge berry fan, so this water has been my favorite.  You can add several drops of stevia to sweeten it if you like, as it can be a tad tart. This tastes the closest to a natural Kool-Aid, so your

kids will most likely enjoy it.

Stress Busting Pineapple Water Ingredients:

• 1 quart fresh filtered water (not distilled) • ¼ of a pineapple cut into small triangles • 4 bags of Tulsi tea

Directions: Place all your ingredients into your glass container and place into the fridge. The flavor is best after 6 hours, so I recommend making it in the morning. These water stay fresh for about 2 days.

Probiotic Water One of the best ways now to get your daily dose of healthy probiotics is from water kefir! You can have delicious homemade water kefir in a matter of 2-4 days, plus it has a much milder flavor to kombucha. Kids seem to really enjoy water kefir, as well. Its fizziness lends itself to tasting more like soda.

Drinking kefir water can help with your digestion, fight bacterial and fungal infections, improve your immune system, and improve your overall health and well-being! Making kefir water is more tedious than making vitamin water, I must admit. But, once you get into the process of making it and feeling it’s benefits, you will see that it is a nutritious drink well worth the process. And it literally costs only a few cents to make!

Spiced Grapefruit Cider Ingredients: •2 cups ruby red grapefruit juice (squeezed from 2 grapefruits) •2 to 4 tbsp honey •1 cinnamon stick •1/2 tsp whole allspice berries

Directions: In a medium pot, combine juice, honey, cinnamon, allspice, and 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil over high heat; strain and discard solids. Serve warm in a mug.

Grandma’s Teas for the Cold and Flu Ingredients:

• 2 cups water • Head of garlic • 1 inch fresh ginger root • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper • 2 sprigs baby dill • 1 bag black tea • Juice of 1 lemon • Honey

Directions: 1. Boil the water, and lower to a

simmer. 2. Peel and crush the garlic &

ginger root, and add to water. 3. Add cayenne, baby dill, tea and

lemon juice, and turn off flame. 4. Allow to steep for 5 minutes and

then take out all the leaf particles floating in the tea.
