ACCHS SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY RECORD FORM (TO BE USED BY STUDENTS TO RECORD HOURS OF SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY)

● We will start a trial of “Grab N Go Breakfast” starting on Monday, November 4th.

Students will have the option of eating breakfast

between second and third period on MWF and

between first and second block on T/Th. Students

may use their cards to scan a breakfast if not already

used during regular breakfast before school.

Otherwise, students must pay cash for Grab N Go

Breakfast. We are trying this to see how it works out.

● Averee Rose DePoy, 7th grade, placed 2nd in

the Kansas State Department of Education poster art

contest!!! She was recognized this past week at the

annual KSDE Conference. Here she is with

Commissioner of Education, Randy Watson and Asst.

● The Atchison County Community High

School chapter of the National Honor Society will

host a Veteran’s Day Ceremony on Monday,

November 11, 2019, at 9:00 am in the JSH School

Gym. If you are a veteran and would like to be a part of

the ceremony, please contact the High School at

913-833-2240 by November 1st.

● Students who are staying for after school activities may ride the Activity Bus. We ask that

students sign up using a Google Form each day you plan to stay: http://bit.ly/ActivityBus

● Follow the Atchison County Community Tiger Booster Club Facebook page @acctigerboosterclub. If you are looking for an opportunity to get involved, the Booster Club needs volunteers to work at games selling fanwear and helping with meals.

● From the Atchison County Community Tiger Booster Club: Personalized t-shirt orders may be placed online at
