To seek key clarifications on behalf of IUMI.

Key Observations on the EU
1. IGOs,regional/national political priorities differ.
2. UNSC Resolutions, IMO Guidelines & EU Directives can sometimes be in conflict, and can be either inconsistent and/or unclear.
3. EU Member States can act more cohesively and more quickly (than the UN and/or IMO) on areas of EU authority or “competence”...

1. Any ship, seagoing vessel, construction or structure [whatsoever] that is:-
2. Man-made, and designed to be
3(a) Capable of floating in, on, over or under water and
3.(b) Capable of being manned and operated [by persons on board], and
4. Which is not attached, fixed or otherwise permanently secured, to the seabed or shoreline.
