OUR HEAD CHEF Rob Draper has been at Warwick Castle for 4 years and has a brigade of 20 chefs. He is very passionate about the food he serves and will tailor a menu to suit your individual requirements.
Introducing Rob Draper
“ I grew up just a stone’s throw away from the Castle, and I’m proud of the heritage here. I discovered a passion for food at an early age and I knew straight away I wanted to work in hospitality, not just with food but in the industry as a whole.”
“ I studied Hospitality Management at the Birmingham College of Food (now UCB). This has led to me enjoying a career in various four star hotels in the West Midlands as well as independent restaurants and bars. I have been fortunate enough to present at The Good Food Show at the NEC, alongside some really inspiring chefs such as James Martin and Gordon Ramsey to name a few.”
“ Being part of the Merlin Group gives me a fantastic support network while working in the unique surroundings of Warwick Castle. Here I can write the menus and source the ingredients myself.”
