! ! It was a pleasure to meet with you. You’re a very interesting, entrepreneurial person! I hope I didn’t keep you too long, what with your hectic schedule. I have included a couple of examples of my own work in this docu-ment, also there are various examples of work I have quickly sourced which according to your outlined brief, may be along the lines of what you are looking for. As I mentioned when we met, a lot of my professional work has tended to be modern themed design, however my personal preference is traditional work. I initially trained as a fine artist in print-making, photography and expressionist painting, which lends itself to both technical processes and also colorful interpre-tive work. Therefore the opportunity to work on your project would be a pleasure.

Here’s a mock-up for the homepage of the site that I’m currently designing. It’s going to go live by the end of the month, this has been a large project to incorporate property management, full customisation, optimised for search engines, mar-keting and feeds from property software, with the option for content management. As I say, this has been a very large project and was quite costly just because of the development time. However a standard 5 page site with facebook page and linking in each, images and branding, would be a much smaller task with a relatively fast turnaround. You’d be look-ing at approx 6 weeks at the absolute longest.
