COCKTAIL

The wedding celebration will continue on the right area of the main terrace. The cocktail set up includes bistro

tables with flower decoration, terrace furniture, a bar and ambience music if desired.

There are indoor spaces available as a Plan B for the ceremony and the cocktail in case of rain or strong wind.

BANQUET

The hotel’s gastronomic offer provides a wide selection through a high quality menu and excellent presentation to

suit the needs of the wedding couple.

The wedding couple will choose the distribution of the tables and the guests, which can be an imperial or round

table for as the presidential table and round tables of 8-12 people for the guests.

BALEARES TERRACE

SALÓN BALEARES Private room with direct access to the Baleares Terrace

and maximum capacity of 360 guests.

Its large windows light up the lounge with natural

daylight and allow guests to enjoy the forest views.

BALEARES TERRACE Private terrace with views over the bay of Palma with

maximum capacity of 180 guests seated in round tables

of 12 people. The access to this terrace is through the

Salón Baleares, which will be the Plan B space in case of

rain or strong wind.

SERVICE SCHEDULE

A wedding package is designed for 8 hours, including the

ceremony, cocktail, banquet and the first hour of dance.

Any changes of the agreed schedule that are not occasioned by

hotel and which may cause delays on the service will be incurred

from the open bar contracted hours.

MUSIC SCHEDULE

Until 22:00 : live music in outdoors

Until 24:00 : ambience music in outdoors

Until 05:00 : only music in Salón Baleares

The open bar service is needed to be contracted

until the last song of the dance.
